Shipping Policy

1. Free shipping

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We hold each order for 24 hours so you can update your shipping address if needed.

3. Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery to the United States usually takes 10–15 business days. Other destinations may take longer. During peak periods (holidays, sales events) or due to carrier delays, delivery can occasionally take up to 3–4 weeks.

4. Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Multiple packages

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses. Each package has its own tracking number.

6. Customs, duties & taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country's customs. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Delayed or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 weeks of your order confirmation, please contact us at contact@joeveparis.com. We'll reship your order at no cost or offer a full refund or store credit.

8. Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
