Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States usually takes 10–15 business days after shipping. During peak seasons it can occasionally take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We mainly serve the United States, but we ship to most countries. Delivery times may vary by destination.
My order arrived incomplete
If you ordered several items, they may ship in separate packages from different warehouses. Don't worry: the rest of your order is on its way. Check your shipping confirmation emails for each tracking number.
I haven't received my order
Lost, damaged or stuck in transit? With our secure delivery, Joeve Paris handles the claim for you. If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we'll reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund. Just email us at contact@joeveparis.com with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@joeveparis.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified, but you can still return it.
Sizing & Products
How do I choose my size?
Our pieces generally fit true to size. Check the size guide on each product page. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a fitted look. Still unsure? Message us and we'll help.
How should I care for my items?
Follow the care label on each garment. In general, we recommend a gentle cold wash, no tumble drying, and a low-temperature iron.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. See our Refund Policy for details.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
